HELPFUL HINTS TO USING THE INTERNET
=================================
Welcome to the new world of the Internet.  We understand that the Internet can be confusing to the beginner.  This guide is designed with you in mind to give you helpful hints to make our service the most enjoyable experience we can provide for you.
GETTING STARTED

Think of your Internet Service Provider (ISP)-(in this case, Cybergap), as the fuel that powers your "car" to the new superhighway.

The Browser (Netscape, Internet Explorer, etc.) you can picture as the "car" you use to travel down that highway.

Your e-mail address is much like your U.S. postal address.  It has several parts that help your mail program (Outlook Express, Netscape Messenger, Eudora, etc.) deliver your messages.
